Beer, goulash, and one smoking pan
The first week of January is a great period - new year, new me. A new gym membership, a farewell to alcohol, a new hobby, a promise of a better year. Life’s great. Then comes the rest of January. And February. And March. Filled with cold weather, short days, sleepy afternoons and reminiscence of the better times - the ones filled with warmth, sun, happiness and no January in them.
That’s why we decided to cook beer and goulash this Saturday. Yes, a Saturday at the office. A nice one, filled with good ready-made beer, us cooking average beer, and Matija’s goulash (don’t worry, the recipe is below). The one January doesn’t deserve. But we do.
Some days are made of prototyping interfaces, the others are made of hop, barley and water. Need a beer? Drop us a line at wintertimesadness@humaninteraction.com
